Kelpie Heks is the misunderstood Daughter of the Sea Witch from Hans Christian Andersen's the Little Mermaid.

Her voice sounds alot like Idina Menzel, so she would sound like Idina. If you dont know who Idina is, she voices Elsa from Frozen and Elphaba from Wicked. And Kelly has a scottish accent :) Her Live action portrayer would be Amy Lee, aka Evanescence.
